市面上跑的小汽車百分之九十都是四缸機。缺缸故名思義就是有一個缸或者多個缸不工作,這種故障都比較好查。四個缸如果有一個缸不工作就抖的很厲害,多個缸不工作幾乎就不能著車。這時我們可以借助汽車診斷儀輕松找到問題所在,診斷儀的確能給我們帶來很大的方便,但有時條件不允許或者說沒有診斷儀我們該如何診斷呢?像有些車必須要用專用軟件,比如大眾的iods. 一個軟件就要大幾百上千塊,每個診斷軟件都配齊不是所有修理店都能消費得起。

操作方法就是:先啟動發(fā)動機,再分別拔四個缸點火線圈插頭或噴油嘴插頭,拔了插頭后有明顯反應(yīng)的說明此缸工作良好,否則就是工作不良。診斷出來具體是哪缸的問題之后再用對調(diào)法判斷是哪個零部件出了問題。如果是一缸不工作或者工作不良,我們可以將一缸的點火線圈、火花塞和噴油嘴分別和二缸的對換,要是故障轉(zhuǎn)移到二缸就能準(zhǔn)確判斷此零部件損壞,若是按此方法還是沒查出來就只能測缸壓了,測缸壓的方法在這里就不過多的解釋了。

2、積碳過多導(dǎo)致發(fā)動機的抖動

一般來說發(fā)動機正常保養(yǎng),節(jié)氣門、噴油嘴、進(jìn)氣系統(tǒng)都是兩萬公里清洗一次。若長時間不按時清理積碳,冷啟動時噴油嘴噴出來的汽油會被積碳吸收,積碳過多就會導(dǎo)致汽車發(fā)動機怠速發(fā)抖,冷車啟動困難,轉(zhuǎn)速忽高忽低。所以說按時清理積碳只有好處沒有壞處。
