1、半軸位置比照法關(guān)于裝有半軸套管的后橋殼,此法比較簡便。

①將輪ft外端面修平,消除其端面擺差。
(1) Leveling the outer end face of the wheel ft to eliminate the end face sway error.
②將兩端輪v裝到后橋殼上,按規(guī)則調(diào)好輪毅軸承緊度;將標(biāo)準(zhǔn)半軸裝上,從橋殼中部裝入減速器的孔中,測試左右兩半軸位置端頭是否對正,來判斷橋殼有無曲折變形。兩之差,大修允許值為0. 75 mm,極限值為1. OOmmo
(2) Install the two end wheels V on the rear axle housing and adjust the tightness of the wheel bearing according to the rules. Install the standard half axle into the hole of the reducer from the middle of the axle housing, and test whether the end of the center position of the left and right half axles is right to judge whether the axle housing has bending deformation or not. The difference between the two centers, the allowable value of overhaul is 0.75 mm and the limit value is 1.Ommo.
2、查驗棒查驗法用比橋殼長50mm,直徑比半軸套管內(nèi)徑小2mm的查驗棒,刺進(jìn)整個套管內(nèi),如能自由轉(zhuǎn)動,為基本符合要求。不然,即為曲折變形超限。
2. Inspection rod inspection method uses inspection rod which is 50 mm longer than the bridge housing and 2 mm smaller than the inner diameter of the half-axle casing to penetrate the whole casing. If it can rotate freely, it is basically in line with the requirements. Otherwise, it means that the tortuous deformation exceeds the limit.
3、拉線查驗法在半軸套管內(nèi)穿一細(xì)線,線的兩端伸出管外,并懸以重物使線拉直,細(xì)線如能和管內(nèi)孔壁均勻貼合,即為符合要求。為查驗精確,應(yīng)沿管內(nèi)孔圓周每隔45“檢測一次。
3. Wire-drawing inspection method is to pass a thin line in the half-axle casing, and the ends of the line extend out of the pipe, and hang heavy objects to straighten the line. If the thin line can fit evenly with the bore wall of the pipe, it will meet the requirements. In order to check accurately, it should be checked every 45 "along the circumference of the inner hole of the pipe.
當(dāng)后橋殼變形較大,且又沒有校正條件時,應(yīng)更換新件。
When the rear axle housing deformation is large and there is no correction condition, new parts should be replaced.
