故障分析:?jiǎn)?dòng)車輛,連接 ISID 進(jìn)行快速測(cè)試,檢測(cè)無相關(guān)水溫高散熱器元件故障碼。用電腦激活電子風(fēng)扇,風(fēng)扇高速轉(zhuǎn),說明電子風(fēng)扇正常。試車開了十幾公里,讓車進(jìn)入正常工況溫度,連接 ISID 查看發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)數(shù)據(jù),發(fā)現(xiàn)發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)冷卻液溫度慢慢的升至 120 度,而水箱出水口溫度卻慢慢從 50 度降至 33 度,不正常。嘗試摸摸上水管和水箱下水管,發(fā)現(xiàn)溫差極大,上水管極燙,下水管常溫,此時(shí)電子風(fēng)扇不轉(zhuǎn)。

Driving more than ten kilometers, let the car enter the normal operating temperature, connect ISID to check engine data, found that the engine coolant temperature slowly rose to 120 degrees, while the water tank outlet temperature slowly dropped from 50 degrees to 33 degrees, which is abnormal. Try to touch the water pipe and the water tank sewer, found that the temperature difference is great, the water pipe is extremely hot, the water pipe is at room temperature, at this time the electronic fan does not turn.
此時(shí),判斷有幾個(gè)地方可能出現(xiàn)問題:

1、節(jié)溫器不打開,無法完成大循環(huán)。
1. The thermostat can't complete the big cycle without opening it.
2、水泵損壞,無法使水循環(huán)。
2. The water pump is damaged and can't make the water circulate.
3、水箱堵死,水無法循環(huán)。
3. The water tank is blocked and the water can not be recycled.
4、發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)水道堵死或者可能氣道和水道相同,氣堵,無法完成水循環(huán)。

故障結(jié)果:研究懷疑是不是節(jié)溫器的問題,然而觀察此車的水流情況,水泵泵的水經(jīng)過通掉過后的節(jié)溫器時(shí),走的不是上水管,而是走通掉的空,進(jìn)入到水箱下水管,導(dǎo)致發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)內(nèi)的冷卻循環(huán)斷裂,上下水管溫差,上水管無水流動(dòng)。更換新的節(jié)溫器后,發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)溫度數(shù)值正常,原地啟動(dòng)幾個(gè)小時(shí)也數(shù)值也正常,試車也沒有出現(xiàn)高溫現(xiàn)象
