上述專家還提醒車主,如果前期已和查勘員確認按照4S店的維修方式確定損失金額的,切莫到普通修理廠進行維修后,而是按4S店的定損金額支付維修費用。因為4S店所需要的維修金額是高于普通修理廠的維修金額的,如果客戶按照4S店的定損金額向普通修理廠支付維修費用,就相當于客戶多支付了維修費用。到時候索賠時,保險公司是按照客戶實際選擇的修理廠標準重新確認損失金額,客戶會承擔不必要的損失。
